Moderator screen (DSM-039-15) (rus)¶

The Moderator screen module window can be configured on the second screen of the main ON-AIR station if the moderator in a self–op studio is presenting the news cast and the reports, or on a separate workstation and screen in the news moderator working place separated from the ON-AIR studio. The main feature of the of moderator screen module is the combined handling of the text and related audio elements on the news reading screen. The Moderator screen module window displays text-audio-text… sequence (a subject) according to the On-Air Schedule: moderator reads the text and at appropriate moments starts playback of audio items. Audio items may be pre-recorded pieces of interview or audio decoration elements - jingles, station IDs, etc. So moderator is doing both reading of the text pieces and controlling audio player.
Moderator has option of previewing of the subject. Audio elements are displayed with the words presenting beginning and end of audio element to help moderator to handle the application. While playing an audio element, a progress bar shows moderator the status of the played element. Using News Text Editor] (DSM-041-15) and audio editor moderator can produce newscasts edit audio and write text save results to [wikiDiDevDocDSIIModulesDSA-0700-15_EN Media DB (DSA-0700-15), file or schedule. At that the subject could be edited from various working places (although, the subject, opened on one computer will be available for others in read only mode). Moderator screen provides different from the schedule variant of displaying on-air schedule, convenient for moderator. This module can be installed on the on-air workstation.
