Intro¶
So, it’s personal TracWiki page of your company. This page is available only for you, when your are logged, and for Tract personal. Other Trac users and anonymous users can’t see it.
Bookmark this page in your Internet browser. It contains set of macros that help you to view your own tickets.
You can freely edit content of this page, but read TracWiki first.
Customization of Trac is still in progress and later you will have more useful interface.
* To create new tickets, use [/newticket NewTicket] button in menu above. Ticket is the same thing as Bugzilla bug.
* In ticket text you can use formatting like bold, italic etc (WikiFormatting) and use WYSIWYG editor to do it easy. Look at *wsyiwyg / textarea *radio-buttons above right upper conner of ticket text editor area.
* You can attach any files to ticket (and to pages like this) using Attach file button
* Use "Query window" links below to open ticket query window and edit ticket selection criteria as you need
* You will see tickets:
* reported by you (maba or Ruediger are Reporter)
* when you are in Cc field
* when Private flag is unset (mostly all such tickets are in Russian).

Reported tickets¶
All open tickets that were reported by Marko or Ruediger, newest first.

CC tickets¶
All open tickets in which maba or Ruediger are included in Cc field, newest first.
