Automatic MDB Import Module by means of description files (DS-00-046-15) (rus)¶

The Automatic MDB Import module (DS-00-046-15) is included in the DB Import for the Media DB]software it allows automatic adding of new material to [wikiDiDevDocDSIIModulesDS-07-000-15_ENG Media DB] (DS-07-000-15) and provides extension of the [wikiDiDevDocDSIIModulesDS-00-045-15_ENG MDB Import Agent Monitoring module: Meta data for the element being imported are acquired from ASCII file stored in the same folder. The folder to look for the new files is to be configured and assigned to separate MDB category (commercials, jingles, music, programs, news) . ASCII file format can be configured. This module can be used for content synchronization of musical DB with external music rotation application, or of commercial DB with external media planning application. Files can be acquired not only from the LAN, but from Internet using e.g. FTP access.
This module requires access to Media DB] (DS-07-000-15) or [wikiDiDevDocDSIIModulesDS-29-000-15_ENG Media DB Advanced Engine (DS-29-000-15).
