Grid Editor module (DS-00-017-15) (rus)¶

The Grid Editor module (DS-00-017-15) is a further extension of the Skeletons module] (DS-00-016-15) It provides creating of separate Clocks (hour skeletons) and then out of them forms the grid The same clocks could be used for various grids which simplify planning process enormously The created clocks and grids are stored in the [wikiDiDevDocDSIIModulesDS-07-000-15_ENG Media Data Base (DS-07-000-15). If your schedule has regular elements like jingles, beds, station IDs etc, it makes sense to include them in the clocks and the schedule operator will be saved from the routine tasks of adding these elements manually. It is possible to set up a jingle rotation by setting them up in a grid structure. During schedule generation, the system will take one of the available rotation jingles and put it into the appropriate place, so the operator will not need to rotate jingles manually.
The Grid Editor module is included in the Skeleton module] (DS-00-016-15) In order to use this module at a particular working place it should also have the [wikiDiDevDocDSIIModulesDS-00-005-15_ENG On-air Schedule module] (DS-00-005-15) It is possible to work with this tool from practically any workstation in a network that includes the Skeleton module The new schedule will be generated according to the skeleton independently of the workplace where it was constructed This Software module does support the production and editing of the daily [wikiDiDevDocDSIIModulesDS-00-005-15_ENG ON-AIR Schedule (DS-00-005-15). Providing the logistics to coordinate Commercial and News fixed ON-AIR time with the Music clock and all in between elements for the actual play-out.
The Grid Editor module (DS-00-017-15) requires Media DB] (DS-07-000-15) or [wikiDiDevDocDSIIModulesDS-29-000-15_ENG Media DB Advanced Engine] (DS-29-000-15) and the [wikiDiDevDocDSIIModulesDS-00-005-15_ENG On-Air Schedule module (DS-00-005-15). For support of rotation jingles the following modules are needed:
- Schedule elements rotation module (DS-00-023-15). This modules provide means for simple rotation;
- Music Rotation and Schedule Generation module MAG (DS-00-070-15). This module provide full functional rotation by group of rules and criteria;
- The MAG application] (DS-04-000-15) This is a standalone application including the [wikiDiDevDocDSIIModulesDS-00-070-15_ENG MAG module (DS-00-070-15) as well as other modules.
